✅ Eligibility Requirements

To ensure fairness and focus, all participants in the Arab AI Hackathon 2025 must meet the following Criteria :

1. Age Requirement
   Applicants must be 40 years old or younger in December 1, 2025.
2. Institutional Affiliation
   Participants must be affiliated to a recognized academic or research institution in an Arab country (university, research center, or national scientific council).
3. AI-Focused Proposal and Publication
   Each applicant must demonstrate an active research or publication record in Artificial Intelligence, and submit an AI-focused proposal addressing one of the Hackathon’s regional challenge themes.
4. Required Documents
   Applicants must provide:
   • passport or national ID
   • Proof of institutional affiliation
   • Copy or link to at least one AI-related publication
   • Proposal summary (maximum 5 pages)
